Gothenburg is in an interesting moment of transition where many things are being built and changes are happening in the city! The area pictured below is a potential place for a park and community space. Some of the surrounding residents around (including my host Erik) wanted to clear it, and so they petitioned for landscaping and even put pigs there for a while to fertilize and rejuvenate the dirt. However, the city has not invested in keeping the area cleared, and so some volunteers got together this Sunday morning to work on it… but there is still a lot of work to be done!
Thank you Erik, Anna, Tora, and Rabbe for hosting me this beautiful weekend in Gothenburg! Now I have also learned the important information that I smell like the Quirkle bag! I just hope that is a good thing.
Dear Lydia! We all appreciated your visit at our house very much! You are such a cheerful and openminded person – and it is reelly a good thing to smell like a Qwirkle-bag ;-). We with you Godlund, and welcome back, anytime!
Love from Anna, Erik, Tora and Rabbe.
We wish you good luck, was what I intended to write ;-).
