Caspar David Friedrich in Real Life

I have a shirt with “Lost in the World” printed over Friedrich’s masterpiece, Wanderer above the Sea of Fog. It is only appropriate that I saw it in person during this year of travel. Note the school kids laying on the floor drawing in front. What a gift to be able to do that!

Thank you Katja for hosting me in Hamburg! It was fun to get out of Berlin and see another city! You have to try cold brew coffee and I have to learn how to cook something with Quince!
