Pere Lachaise

Pere Lachaise, the first garden cemetery, is possibly the most important cemetery for my fellow enthusiasts of death landscapes. I started my cemetery research in France four years ago in the small town of Auvillar, where I made paintings of the graves surrounding the church, so I have looked at French tombs for many hours in my lifetime. However, it would be embarrassing if after visiting cemeteries for a year I never made it to most iconic of them all, and my visit did not disappoint.

And paris from the Eiffel Tower showing a college of structures, styles, and history just like at Pere Lachaise.
