My Uncle Frank next to the woman who owned the fish shop down the street from him, Natasha. He used to work with her for fun a couple of times a week, smoking the fish. She is missed.
The space below looks empty, but it is still burial ground. A few years ago the cemetery put a GPS system in place so that there was an option of “field” burial without headstones. However, the system sort of failed, and people decided to place flowers over the GPS coordinates regardless the whole point was simplicity and anonymity. Maybe this was just too progressive, but the image of random flower bouquets in the field is an interesting one.
