A small fishing island with a heartbeat archive on the beach and one of the most spiritual museums I have ever visited Teshima art museum (not pictured) by artist Rei Naito and architect Ryue Nishizawa. Water emerges from the concrete floor slowly, gravity pulling it down a subtle slopes to create a dance choreographed by physics. I could spend hours here just staring at a floor, endlessly entertained and mystified by the beauty of our lives.
